7 November 2010 - AGM (11:00)

The committee, and a team of volunteers, and anyone else who's interested can attend the AGM. We decide how the charity is going to run, details of accounts and funding, fundraising and forthcoming trips. If you would like to attend, you are more than welcome! It will be held at our registered Charity Address, Beech Cottage.

November 2010 - Young People and Vounteers chosen / allocated

This is the day that all our Young People and Volunteers will be selected and paired up. Very shortly after this date you will all be notified who will be going and who they'll be going with! A big day in the run up to our 2011 trip!

15 January 2011 - Pre-trip Meeting (12:00)

The meeting will be held at the Weston Turville Golf Club near Aylesbury and will be a chance for all the Young People and Volunteers to meet up, discuss the trip, have a presentation on what to expect / pack etc, and ask any questions before we depart! There will also be a volunteer meeting afterwards to cover all the necessary arrangements and legal bits and pieces.

20 February 2011 - Ski Trip Departs (09:30)

The big day!! We will all be meeting at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5, to start our journey to Winter Park. Flight departs at lunchtime and we will be meeting 3 hours before, but more details will follow on our 2011 Trip pages

28 February 2011 - Trip Returns (09:00)

Our trip leaves Colorado on 27 Feb after 6 good days of skiing. We will be returning to Heathrow, exhausted, in the morning on 28 Feb.
